Summary

Description

The film starts with scenes of a cat playing in a garden. A woman joins the cat and plays with and the cat is seen climbing a small tree.

At a police station, police constables are seen coming and going, some on foot and others on bicycles. Close-up shots show a police woman in uniform outside the police station. Two women then exit the station. The film cuts to scenes of a football match on a field, fogged shots follow of awards being presented at the match by police officers.

A girl carries her bicycle up some garden steps. Brief shots show a street market and a man measuring out fabric from a roll. A woman stands next to a car, followed by shots of more women in a garden. Back at the police station, more police officers are seen coming and going from the building and two police constables are seen walking the beat. The film ends with two police women fooling around in the yard at the police station. Shots are frequently interrupted with fogging of the film.
