Summary

This film shows a group of men standing outside a pub in a village, a sign above reads: "...Ales, Wines, Spirits". A man works on a motorcycle in a street, as a woman in a floor length coat and beret rides off on a motorcycle. Spectators watch from behind. The riders compete in time trials along country lanes, slipping in the mud. A motorcycle and side car become stuck, so a group stop to pull it out, and continue to drive. Filmed by Ernest Shippam in 1931.
