Brief scenes of Priory Park Carnival in the late 1960s, produced by the North Downs Cinematograph Society.
The camera pans across a garden and lake. A Jack Russell runs along a path. Cricket pitches, a manor house, trees and wide greens are seen in the garden. A family watches swans on the water, a cricket match is played behind. At the carnival, a marching band passes, followed by decorated trucks and cars and flanked by pedestrians. People stand on some of the vehicles, owned by local clubs and businesses.
