The main subject of the film is the Communist Third National Spartakiade (Gymnastics event) held at the Strahov Stadium in Prague [included in the online clip]. The film also contains footage of a parade on Wenceslas Square (following the Spartakiade), the Charles Bridge, and areas to the south of Prague - Kalstejn, Slapy and Konopiste. [Note: the online clip shows a 21 minute section from the middle of the film featuring the parade at Prague stadium and the parade to Wenceslas Sq.]
