Summary

Scenes of family outings and a cruise trip abroad, filmed and compiled by Mr. Lambert.

Description

Views of a coastline and bright blue sea open the film. A man pushes a white pram down a grass slope and back up again, a little baby inside. The baby is seen with its mother, walking and being fed. In extended scenes, the baby is seen in its pram chewing toys and looking up at the camera. The family are seen in a domestic garden. The man kisses his child on the head and bounces it up and down. Colour scenes of the family and their brown dog follow.

In holiday scenes, locals are seen in Muslim dress and straw hats. Cars drive round a roundabout. Coastline and harbour views follow. Moored boats lie in front of promenade buildings. Palm trees line the promenade. Passengers sun bathe and play a game with a net and ring on the deck of a cruise ship.

In a domestic garden, the baby crawls past flower beds in full bloom, white and pink. Landscape views follow. A woman walks up the beach from the shallows. Industrial areas are seen behind. Back on the cruise ship, two passengers in bathing costumes hit each other with pillows until one competitor falls off a wooden pole. Street scenes follow. A traffic conductor, grand buildings and pedestrians are seen.
